We have worked with MomoCentral since we moved to Singapore to expand Zookal in 2015. They have provided us with immensely talented designers and developers from around the world - including America, Malaysia and Singapore. Having staff that work around the world can be challenging at times, however the high quality of individuals has made it seamless. When the staff work virtually, I have found that it really encourages differing opinions on different aspects of strategy, product and execution that may not have been possible had we all been from the same background and location.
